I don’t eat these anywhere near enough, they are much simpler that traditional nori rolls so they are easier to prepare, in a rush. They make great packed lunch or working lunch, and are a great option of meal prepping. The provide a brilliant variety of nutrients and are easily customisable for your needs.

The nori it’s self, as a seaweed, is a great source of plant based Vitamin B12, something so often considered lacking in a plant based diet. And eating just 1 sheet of nori will give you your daily recommended amount of iron!
