Who doesn’t love a burger?! We are big fans of a Friday night burger with all the sides, sauces and fillings. Pair it with a gaming session and bottle of kombucha and thats my weekend off to the best start ever!
We have a few different bean burgers that we make I shared a sweet potato, rice and black bean one in my book ‘A year of Wholefood Plantbased’ which is very hearty, but today I wanted to share with you one thats a little simpler to prepare but is still packed full of flavour.
Also wanted to share with you our awesome crispy sweet potato fries, that you will not be able to stop eating, and all of my favourite toppings for a really indulgent burger stack.
