If you’ve been here a while you might have gathered I love garlic. It’s one of my favourite flavours AND a powerhouse of nutrients. Renowned for its immune boosting effects, and used throughout history as a for its medicinal benefits.

This dish is simple but delicious. It works as a yummy alternative breakfast or as a delicious starter for a dinner party. I love being able to share simple recipes like this, because healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated.
