Trust me on this, i know this may seem like a bit of an odd one but its so delicious, and surprisingly really loved by our kids; I’m pretty sure thats the peanut butter.
I have a version of this in my ‘A year of whole food plant based‘ book with a simple tomato sauce, but I wanted to mix it up a bit so I paired it with a delicious kale and basil pesto, which goes so well with the bean balls
