Who doesn’t love a burger?! We are big fans of a Friday night burger with all the sides, sauces and fillings. Pair it with a gaming session and bottle of kombucha and thats my weekend off to the best start ever!
We have a few different bean burgers that we make I shared a sweet potato, rice and black bean one in my book ‘A year of Wholefood Plantbased’ which is very hearty, but today I wanted to share with you one thats a little simpler to prepare but is still packed full of flavour.

I also wanted to share with you our awesome crispy sweet potato fries, that you will not be able to stop eating, and all of my favourite toppings for a really indulgent burger stack.
