A surprisingly simple dish with awesome flavour. I started experimenting with beetroot alot more this year since growing it on our allotment. We had such a successful harvest I had to find new ways to use it other than the classic salads and pickles.
Beetroots vibrant pink colour lends itself to making some spectacular looking dishes (which the kids love)
