I always dreamed of having a big family who would gather at the end of the day at a big long medieval looking dining table with long benches, and it would be filled with a feast, and the family would all be full of chatter grabbing what they wanted from the serving dishes.
My dream of a large family didn’t quite pan out, turns out pregnancy isn’t all that great…. however I do love making a feast for my little family of 4.

Friday nights are my favourite time to do this, and a burrito bar always go down a storm. With rice, spiced beans, salsa, guacamole, pulled spiced jackfruit and wholewheat tortilla wraps, theres something everyone enjoys so we all get our fill.
