My Favourite Motivational Books for Everything.

Im always reading multiple books at a time. I jump from books to book depending on my mood and need of inspiration, but I also have those few books that I go back to time and time again, knowing they will spark my fire and get my focus back on track.

Here are some of my top motivational books for different aspects of my life that I go back to time and time again.

Relationships

The 5 love languages: The secret to love that lasts by Gary Chapman

This a beautiful and enlightening book giving insight into how different people love in different ways and how you can use that to express and receive love more effectively helping you create stronger and deeper lasting relationships. This is not just for people in romantic relationships but also for those wanting to improve their relationship with family, children and friends.

Health

How Not to Die by Michael Greger MD

A total life changer into how I see nutrition. I was already on the path of plant based eating before reading this book, but Dr Greger goes so in depth into how nutrition effects our body it has given me a greater understanding (and thirst for even further knowledge) of how to eat plant based foods to gain optimal health.

Work

The Four Hour Workweek by Tim Ferris

Like all of Tim Ferris books this is filled with so much information; you will want to take a lot of notes and definitely read it over and over to get the most out of it. There is plenty to give you effective ideas to either start up a business or get more efficient at your job and have the courage to get your boss to trust you to work on your own time.

Abundance

The secret by Rhonda Byrne

You can’t beat secret for motivation on abundance. We have the full set of secret books but if your somehow totally new to reading about Abundance, the first book is a great place to start.

Mindset

You are a Badass by Jen Sincero

This book will get you so pumped. It a really easy read, but leaves me feeling like I can take on the world.

Yes Man by Danny Wallace

Cheesily I searched out this book after watching the film. I found every time I was struggling with motivation I would put not the film , so it just made sense after a while I needed to hunt down the book. And it did not disappoint.

What are your favourite motivational books? and of course how do they motivate you?
