PB and chocolate sundae

Sundays are for Sundaes! 

I have so many awesome childhood memories that revolve around food, and I don’t want my kids to feel like they have missed out on that, but I also want them to grow up with positive associations with healthy food….. so we put the two together. 

We make sundaes with nice cream, and we make our pizza bases by hand. We chat and dance in the kitchen while I make fresh pancakes and they help chop the fruit for their smoothies. We make them salads in silly faces and sip sacred cacao up the allotment; healthy doesn’t mean boring or missing out . 

Shift your perspective.
