Growing up I remember being taught for healthy bones and joint we needed lots of calcium; from cows milk products….. Although yes we do need calcium to grow strong bones, cows milk most definitely is not the only source of reliable calcium. Calcium is abundant in plant-based whole-foods.
However health bones and joints also takes alot more than calcium.
