Polenta pizza

Ok so this is not really like pizza, i will be completely honest with you, the base stays soft, so you cant pick it up…. but…… it tastes amazing, and its a great option for anyone avoiding wheat, gluten or yeast. It’s simple to make but a little more time consuming than some of our other recipes, so make sure you have an hour free to do this at your leisure and enjoy.
