The Circle Meal Plan – 14/02/2022-20/02/2022

Every week on the circle I will be sharing me meal plans , the recipes to go with them and a round up of how and why I choose these meals. I am doing this with the intension of inspiring you, not to tell you what to eat and when. Please when it comes to making your own meal plans, listen to your bodies needs, make food that fuels your joy and work within your lifestyles needs and capabilities; and as always share your thoughts a progress over on the facebook support group

This week we are following the theme of heart health. All the articles and recipes uploaded this week are made with heart health in mind.

Monday

Breakfast – Berry Chia pudding

Lunch – Spinach soup

Dinner – Lettuce Wraps with homemade hummus and quinoa

Tuesday

Breakfast – Green smoothie

Lunch – Chickpea Avocado salad

Dinner – Simple Stir fry

Wednesday

Breakfast – Avocado toast

Lunch – Mason jar salad

Dinner – Pesto Pasta

Thursday

Breakfast – Berry granola

Lunch – Jewelled quinoa

Dinner – Lentil soup

Friday

Breakfast – Raspberry Chocolate baked oats

Lunch – Tomato Soup

Dinner – Burrito Bar

Saturday

Breakfast – French Toast

Lunch – Buddha Bowl

Dinner – Nachos

Sunday

Breakfast – Tiramisu porridge

Lunch – PB and chocolate Sundae

Dinner – Mac no cheese
