We make this almost once a week, its so easy, quick prep and everything gets thrown in the oven, giving me extra time to play with the kids. Although our daughters are not fans of spicy food, so we make them a separate try and leave out the cayenne pepper, this tiny difference makes the meal much more appealing to them with out me having to make a whole separate meal.
