Welcome to Restorative Wellbeing.
I am a health coach sharing a raw look into my own healing journey, in the hope it will inspire you to start your own. Focusing on plant-based nutrition, self love and body, mind, soul reconnection.

What is Restorative Wellbeing?
Restorative Wellbeing is my personal mission to restore my own health, while inspiring others to do the same. I was a sickly child, and everything got gradually worse throughout my teens and into my early 20s. After a multitude of diagnosis from, ME, Fibromyalgia and POTs, taking a cocktail of prescription medication, I felt defeated everyday by the pain exhaustion and seizures. Nothing was working and I felt my life and dreams disappearing. It was time for change. Consuming all the knowledge I could about healing, studying nutrition, attending psychotherapy, and embracing mindfulness, I tried every form of exercise and I learnt to listen to what my body needed. It has been a long dedicated process of trial and error, and I’ve still got some healing todo, but I’m inviting you along for the journey.
